Thank you for choosing South Burlington Endodontics.  For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment is due at the time service is rendered. 

In addition, we accept payment through CareCredit – a third party financing company.  Patients are encouraged to apply for approval through CareCredit prior to their appointment.

In certain instances, treatment may be completed in one visit, but in other cases the treatment may require two or more visits.   For treatments requiring multiple appointments, the fee can be divided into two equal payments – one due at the start of treatment, and the other due at the completion of treatment.

We currently participate with Delta Dental insurance companies.  For all other insurance companies, we accept full payment upfront and will submit all necessary correspondence to your dental insurance. The insurance company may then reimburse you directly.
